You don’t have to keep carrying it alone
You’re holding it together on the outside, but running on empty underneath.
The same worries loop at 2am and you can’t switch your mind off.
You keep pushing everything down — until it comes out sideways.
You’ve lost touch with who you are outside of what you do for everyone else.
Something feels off and you can’t quite name it — and you’re tired of pretending you’re fine.
You want to understand why you keep ending up in the same place.
If you saw yourself in even one of these, you’re in the right place.
Support for what you’re facing
Anxiety & overwhelm
Racing thoughts, worry, panic, and pressure that never quite lets up.
Depression & low mood
Heaviness, numbness, lost motivation, or just not feeling like yourself.
Stress & burnout
Running on empty, resentment, and the exhaustion of holding it all together.
Trauma & the past
Old wounds, painful memories, and patterns that still shape how you feel today.
Self-worth & self-criticism
The harsh inner voice, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and imposter feelings.
Life transitions & identity
Change, loss, direction, and the question of who you are and what you want.
A calm, confidential hour that’s entirely yours
Each session is a private, unhurried space to think out loud, feel what you feel, and be met without judgment. Together we make sense of what’s happening — not just the surface, but the patterns underneath.
Erica works in a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware way, drawing on Compassionate Inquiry® (a Dr. Gabor Maté program) and evidence-based care. The goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to help you understand yourself, so change feels possible.
Care rooted in training and real understanding
You’ll work with Erica Harris — a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), trained in trauma-informed care and Compassionate Inquiry®.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If something feels heavy, stuck, or unclear, that’s reason enough. The free 15-minute call is a no-pressure way to find out if it’s a fit.
What happens in the first session?
We take time to understand what brought you here and what you’d like to feel different. You set the pace — there’s no expectation to share more than you’re ready to.
How long will I need to come?
That’s entirely up to you. Some people come for a specific challenge over a few months; others value ongoing support. We check in regularly on what’s working for you.
Is online therapy as effective as in person?
For most concerns, research consistently shows virtual therapy is as effective as in-person — with the added ease of being in your own space, no commute and no waiting room.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private and held on a secure platform, and never shared — within the limits set by law and professional ethics.
