Who we serve

Wherever you are in your journey, we're here to help

Virtual psychotherapy for youth, adults, couples and families across British Columbia and Ontario — navigating a wide range of concerns, or simply seeking to grow.

How we support you

You don't need a diagnosis to benefit from therapy

We support individuals, couples and families across BC and Ontario seeking meaningful change. Whatever brings you here — greater clarity, resilience, connection, or steadier ground through a hard season — your reasons are your own, and you’re met as an individual, with care shaped around you. We offer both 50-minute sessions and extended sessions.

Services are currently limited to clients residing in BC and Ontario, and any province without a governing psychotherapy college. Virtual care is not suitable for clients in an emergency, crisis, or severe instability.
